Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This is a courtesy translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This notice explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through this website and our contact channels, under Mexico’s current Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (published in the Official Gazette on March 20, 2025).

Who is responsible for your data

Loyal Services, located at Plaza Bahía, Local 6, Blvd. Riviera Nayarit, Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit 63735, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. For any question about this notice, write to us at contact@loyalservice.com.mx.

What data we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or through the form on this site, we may collect:

  • Your name.
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, or your email address.
  • The practice area you’re interested in and the content of your message.

We don’t ask for sensitive personal data in this first contact. Please don’t include confidential, financial or health information, or documents, in your messages.

How the form on this site works

The form doesn’t send or store any information on our servers. When you press “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via email,” your device opens that app with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. From that point on, the message travels through WhatsApp or your email provider, under their own privacy policies.

How we use your data

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary to respond to your request:

  • Replying to your message or call.
  • Understanding your situation and directing it to the right practice.
  • Scheduling a call or a meeting.
  • Following up on your request.

We don’t use your data for any other purpose, such as advertising. If you become a client, we’ll provide you with the privacy notice that applies to our professional services.

Who we share your data with

We don’t sell, assign or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows or requires it, for example to comply with a request from a competent authority.

Your ARCO rights

Under Mexican law, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it (Access); to ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to ask us to delete it if you believe it isn’t being used in accordance with the law (Cancellation); and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition). You can also withdraw the consent you’ve given us or limit the use of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@loyalservice.com.mx with:

  • Your name and a way for us to reply.
  • A document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your legal representative.
  • A clear description of the data involved and the right you wish to exercise.
  • Any other document that helps us locate your data.

We’ll reply through the same channel, within the time limits set by law. If you believe your request wasn’t properly handled, you may contact Mexico’s Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno), the competent data protection authority.
